How old do I have to be to get in to the show?
- 18+(If you have a parent or guardian and under 18 you can attend... ONLY if they attend as well)

Is it possible for any cancellation or postponement due to weather?
- We do not plan on canceling the event in the event of weather.

How large of a venue are we talking about? Any maps?/pics?
- Capacity of the Venue is approximately 800.  Information on the venue and how to get there can be found HERE.

What nearby affordable places are there to stay at?
- We have a list of hotels/motels on the Fest website HERE. I'm sure you will find something there that fits your budget.

How long of sets will the headliners get?
- 1 hour.

What is the running order?
- The running order/schedule will be announced soon.

How much do tickets cost and how can we pay for them?
- $20per day / $30 for both... TICKETMASTER

What time does the event begin?
- Friday 6pm and on Saturday approximately 4pm.
- However the schedule is subject to change.

How many stages are there?
- One

Will cameras/video cams be allowed?
- Photo cameras (including digital cameras) will be allowed, but NO VIDEO CAMERAS! Any video cameras found inside the club will be confiscated.

Will we be able to go in and out of the venue (re-entry)?
- Yes

Will any alcohol be served?
- Yes, with identification. Full bar.

Is smoking allowed in the club?
- No. (State Law)

Are there any places nearby to eat?
- Yes, within walking distance.

Does the club serve food?
- Yes.

Will there be shows in other cities featuring these bands?
- No this is a one-time Festival, no other dates.

Will the bands be selling merchandise?
- Yes, but exactly what we do not know.

Will the bands be signing autographs?
- We are working on setting this up, stay tuned for further information.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel/venue?
- Taxi, bus, shuttle bus, and rental car are all options. Additional details on each of these options are listed on the official website, HERE.

How much does a taxi cost to/from the airport and the venue?
- Based on published taxi fares per mile it should be approximately $28-35.

What is your procedure for issuing Press/VIP passes at Heathen Crusade Fests?
- If you are with a serious publication or other media, please feel free to contact us. We are very selective about issuing press/vip passes for a couple of reasons. 1) We aren't dealing with a huge venue that can accommodate large numbers of people milling about backstage and in the press areas. 2) We are not a large Festival yet and so give out large numbers of passes does not make sense to us. We will consider any request for a press pass, but not all requests will be granted.

Will my tickets be mailed to me if I order through the web site?
- Yes, they will be mailed to you.

Can my band play the fest? / What does my band have to do to play the fest?
- Generally we personally contact bands that we'd like to perform at the Heathen Crusade, but sometimes a band will write us that we have interest in. We'll read any e-mail that is sent to us, but please know that the majority of the bands which play the festival are initially contacted by us. Once again we'll read any e-mail, but it is not possible for us to respond to every request.
